Cardiatic Disorder (CD)
A recurrent disturbance of judgment, mood, and perception associated with atmospheric turbulence. Most common in coastal regions, mountain passes, and among poets. Distinguished from lunacy by its dependence upon barometric conditions rather than celestial influence.

Cardea → hinge → unhinged. Like lunatic, saturnine, or mercurial. A forgotten diagnosis from a medieval text.
