The Mighty Red by Louise Erdrich My rating: 4 of 5 stars Erdrich has been a favorite since Love Medicine. This book is not that–but it is still great. To have her write a Cormac McCarthy reading group may be a highlight of my literary experience–really funny. Overall a fun reflective read with some great ideas and wonderful characters. Recommended.
