Castel Greyskull was made of ICE?

Driving to D&D on Wednesdays in Southern California is not bad. At all. Just a flat-out perfect day. We are trying to finish up the Rime of the Frostmaiden–doing the last push on the Sea of Moving Ice where we find an ancient frost giant fortress.

We are level 8, we had a brand new player (who knew the rules better than anyone else at the table!), and a dangerously good time

We learned the definition of the word rime which is actually used in the title of the adventure. The word means a frozen cloud which I did not even know was a thing–but it is great! D&D vocabulary remains one of my all-time favorite things.

And of course, Brian remains the greatest map maker of ALL time!
