![]() My rating: 2 of 5 stars Ugh. This was recommended to me by someone who had not actually read the book–which ALWAYS is a bad sign. The general spiritual principles described are not new, the others reflections are rather selfish and self-seeking. The format of the process and the activities are actually frustrating. The idea that one needs to reread and rework the Process smacks of money grab. Taking baths is rough–like really rough–for the suburban male and makes a lot of the final exercises even more frustrating. The observations around the recovery process and the focus on the whining missing the point so completely one wonder if the author suffers from some latent hurt feelings or something. Just a long book with very little new information and a lot of difficult and slow sections. Not recommended to anyone for anything. View all my reviews |
