Fantastic. Completely fantastic.

Up there with Extreme Ownership in terms of great books on management–it contains so many useful tools it is almost hard to finish this book because you are constantly taking notes, following the examples via google, and other wise trying to make sure that you are remembering everything Voss talks about.

A great read.
