  • Ego

    1. This ego is always hurt.
    2. The ego cannot reduce the ego–hurt cannot be the primary motivation.
    3. Unhooking the ego takes more then time.

    1. The process of planning includes the act of organizing.
    2. Plans are either accountable or they are not–I need to know the difference.
    3. Personalize the annotation–this is key to staying present.
    4. Sponteniety and inspiration are the keys

    1. Important to Listen more then speak
    2. Honesty is the key, humor the lock of pride
    3. Memory is massive
    4. Women are not the enemy
    5. Pay attention to appearances

  • Health

    1. Maintence tasks
    2. Resources are available, but you must ask for help
    3. Repition is a big part of the key
    4. Silence is healthy
    5. Health and Feelings are not the same thing

  • Health (again)

    1. Relax — specifically unclinch
    2. Rebuilding health is a slow process
    3. Fruit juice for lunch
    4. Some things are unhealthy
    5. It does not feel all that bad — have some perspective

  • Work

    1. Patience
    2. Compassion
    3. Practice enlightenment, not instruction
    4. Stay quiet.
    5. Understanding is more important then being understood.

    1. Be comfortable at home
    2. Don’t go too far
    3. know the path back
    4. Understand that you always take yourself
    5. to find yourself you must loose yourself
