  • Ranch & Baco’s Salad

I made this salad & ate it with Cody. Actually, Cody just ate a cup of Baco’s.

It was a good post run meal–I was still hungry afterwards, but I showered and drank a lot of water.

  • Palak Paneer, White Rice, & Water

I made this from left overs.

I ate it alone at my computer.

I had just ridden my bike home from Mariners.

  • Cheese & Rice

I made this & ate it alone.

I had my lunch and was still hungry so I made more food–I should have had a piece of fruit.

  • Dal Makhan, Palak Paneer, & Rice

I made this from leftovers from last night–the rice was fresh.

I made it after my jog.

I ate it by myself at my computer.

    Trader Joe’s – Indian Fare–Palak Paneer, 1/2 pack (5 oz) 160 7 12 6 860 0
    Generic – Rice, White, Long-Grain, Regular, Cooked, 1 cup(158g)

  • Stir Fried Rice

    I ate this by myself.

I fried it up after the jog.

I sauted some onion & carrots until almost burnt & then added one cup of rice.

I fried for a while, spun it around a couple of time, added way to much oil.

Then I plated with green onion, soy sauce, & Vietnamese Hot Sauce.

Ate it after it cooled with a glass of water.

It was filling and healthy–a good lunch.

  • Eggs, Hash Browns, Toast, Orange, & Coffee

Lisa, Cody, and I had a long breakfast together. Jack & Kate were at Emmy’s. We had been out the night before at Monic’s Birthday Bash in Newport.

I cooked a long lazy breakfast and it was awesome.

Cody ate a lot of his eggs–which surprised Lisa. Lisa only had hash browns.

I do not eat like this very often–Lisa and I used to have this breakfast all of the time when we were first married–and my eating was really off this weekend, but it was fun to have a slow family breakfast.

  • Skittles Blenders

Jack and I got a pack of Skittles Blenders this week–it was on sale for US$2.99 compared to the Skittles Crazy Core that we usually get for US$3.99.

The packaging was fantastic–the candy itself was gloriously skittlish! One issue was that many of these flavors lack the Skittle classic aftertaste–Crazy Core captured this perfectly, but these guys often taste more like traditional candies…

There were five different flavors in our bag & here is the break down:
    Jack David Flavor
    9 8 Strawberry Lime Blast
    9 7 Mango Lemonade Freeze
    7 7 Cherry Tropicolada
6 6 Watermelon Green Apple Freeze
    7 4 Mellon Berry Burst

None of these are close to the glory of Crazy Core.
