This coffee was had way to complicated flavor for me. When I made it for Steadman he felt it was weak & he was likely right, but I may have been putting to little coffee into the filter and/or I may not have ground the beans correctly.
This was a veggie chicken nugget, cheese, onion, and blue cheese dressing sandwich. It was very good. The apple was hard and Lisa made fun of me for eating so loudly.

I got this coffee last Wednesday–it is not bad, but the roast was a little light & the flavor was a little to complex for me. I did like the coffee when it was very hot much more then when it cooled. I drank most of it late at night–it was a very kind of mellow flavor.
It reminded me of coffees that I drank at UCLA, not my favorite by a long shot, but still a fun coffee to try. I am going to continue to drink the coffees from South AMerica, but I cam going to look for a darker roast.
This is exactly the kind of lunch that I am trying to avoid. I think that the problem is too many carbs, but also the cheese on the pasta and the salad dressing on bread are just not healthy.
I made a bunch of burritos with beans, jalapenos, and del taco mild sauce. I ate them cold.
