    Another great week of D&D Encounters starts at Chipotle. We saw an amazing Kragle license plate!


    It was DM Chris’ birthday and his amazing wife sent this incredible Dragon Cup Cake Cake!


    We got some Video of the birthday cake presentation

    We did a fairly good job singing!


    Jack added skittles to the cupcake which is not a very good idea.

     

    DM Chris’ table continues to be on fire.

    Initially the outdoor sunlight was a bit of a drag


    But the shop has new outdoor lights which rule.

    Brian was on fire, as always!





    There was plenty of room at the table.



    There were a few crits rolled, but I did not get pictures of them all…

    Jack and I started on the Porch waiting for Brian to arrive…We rushed over to Dee’s where it took Jack almost two minutes to take out the trash!





    Then we headed to the shop after reviewing this great photo.


    The Baby was there which was very cute & the parents seemed very calm and collected–it was awesome to meet the next great Gamer!




    The shop was super crowded–lots of Magic players for the new set–first time we ever ran out of chairs!


    Gamers were in position!









    Alejandro was not that impressed with the entire event!



    It turns out you can take a selfie with a Crit!


    And there were a lot of Crits rolled this week!


    Unfortunately there were mostly from DM Robert!

    Another Fun week of D&D Encounters.


    We went to Pho for dinner & then grabbed some Peets. There was a great VW Bug outside the shop.


    The tables were full when I showed up — outside is really looking like they are having a lot of fun!

    The snacks were flowing freely as I tried to master the art of Pano.


    Still not very good at it!


    I brought Camille a power cord, but he did not use it. Chris was not there this week, but other players are stepping up to run the table in his abscence which is fantastic to see.


    DM Robert ran my table, which was a fairly managable size this week.

    DM Robert rolled 5 Crits in one night–which may be an Encounters record–he rolled three in a row which is definitely the most I have ever seen!








    the players also got in a few good roles–at level five we are fairly tough at this point!


    It was a very fun Wednesday night!

    Another fun week of D&D Encounters start with taking out the trash–look at that can placement–flawless!

    On the way down we saw this strange bird antenna thing–I really have no idea what this is.

    Then we had food at Sizzler which was a totally tragic mistake–I mean seriously it is expensive and completely inedibly bad–some of the worst food that I have ever had….Such a mistake!

    The tables were already posting up when I arrived–things are going so well at Comic Quest–really a wonderful place to play!

    The difference between Parasol & Umbrella is still not really clear to me.

    But when you add a fan it does help some…

    The players all seem to be having a very good time.

    And bringing some amazing snacks!

    Jack & I really do have some amazing dice

    This week we had some new players & it was awesome to see one of the players step up and run a 1st level adventure for them–it really was awesome! I am starting to find my love for this game again…you know those times when you do not really even notice something is gone until it comes back…it was like that…
