Moleskine Blow Out

I currently have a blown spine on my moleskine–I have not yet decided how to address this & it appears to be getting worse by the day.

This is exactly the kind of lunch that I am trying to avoid. I think that the problem is too many carbs, but also the cheese on the pasta and the salad dressing on bread are just not healthy.

I made a bunch of burritos with beans, jalapenos, and del taco mild sauce. I ate them cold.

Paddled out late in the day–got in two thirty minute sessions. I caught about seven waves, it was crowded, and the surf was small. But I had not been out in a very long time so the waves I did catch were really fun and confidence building.
