Chili, Tortilla, Apple, & Water
This was a can of Chili that Lisa had just brought home from the store–she is doing weight watchers and she told me this was 5 points. The tortilla used spray butter and garlic powder. I ate the apple later with cold coffee.

Ratatouille, Garlic Bread, Pear, & Flat Diet Coke
