Another great week of D&D–my son Jack returns to the table of Cody, Dylan, Shane, Chad, DM Brian–and special guest DM Richard!

An epic week of adventuring!

This week the D&D Encounter Living Adventure League crew continues their exploration of castle Greyskull (whose name I actually forget). We slaughter some vultures (which I did not know live in snow). We kill some elderly–which is really dark. I mean over DM Brian has taken us in a VERY dark direction.

Another fun post-pandemic D&D Living Encounter Adventure League night at Alakazam Comics. The table is really coming together under DM Brian–Chad the Dad, Bobbsey Twins, Rules Expert New Guy, Me, and Kid Drow.

We had a blast and are starting to come together sum, but we are still VERY bad at tactics.

The table is a little tight and next week I may show up earlier for better setup.

Next week Cody is threatening to show up with a Tabaxi Monk and school us on the Grognard values of min and maxing.

D&D Living Encounters Adventure League live from Alakazam Comics in Irvine California. This week we continue the assault on Castle Greyskull–skating walrus, unopenable secret doors, Frost Maidens, and all.

The party is starting to come together again, but things are still going very slowly.

Brian remains the world’s greatest map maker.

One of the players is looking for feedback on his character if you have any comments.

The Flock continues to explore the Avernus. We encounter Kruss the Dark Tortle and his boss Arkon the Dragon Born who bargain away some of Tiamat’s Blood which allows us to break the curse on the Titan who releases the Earth Djinni who sends us to Bel’s Forge where we are quested to retrieve some adamantine rods…you get the idea…Basically, an awesome role play week! 

The Flock continues to drive across Avernus. Smiler the Defiler is fleeing the gangs that have destroyed is convoy and seeks our aid. We destroy the pursuers and then lock him down for some discussion next week.

Fantastic fun time in LA playing D&D Adventure League. This was Cody’s First Epic. We had a great DM & Brian joined us for the first half of the adventure. Huge fun.
