Qualityland by Marc-Uwe Kling My rating: 3 of 5 stars I did not love this. I feel like it was simple humor focused on interesting topics. There is a book that starts with the gun instead of the dildo and is a lot better. I mostly just did not dig the tone of this, but folks in my book club it liked it much more then I did. North Woods by Daniel Mason My rating: 4 of 5 stars I liked this a lot more then the reviews would have had me think. It is a very innovative text with a lot of literary diversity and solid writing. It is true that this book was assembled by another sadist from sanford who has likely done more harm to undergraduates then phentonyl, but unlike most of his fascist coworkers I do not sense that he enjoyed it.
