Summary
Keys From The Golden Vault, live from Alakazam Comics in Irvine, CA, continues this week with the beginning of the seventh heist, Axe From the Grave. The party begins with investigating the Azorius Senate on Ravnica and some additional renowned work. Sent on the Axe From the Grave adventure, they explore a small town, interrogate some halfling grave robbers, and approach the conservatory.
Characters
Days in a Haze with a Blaze (Rouge played by Travis) is based on Calendar Man.
Honey Bunches of O’s (Paladin played by Taylor) is four years old and working with Penguin yakuza version.
Lining the Pocket the Lion (Wizard played by Dylan) is a chromatic orb casting, fire breathing familiar member of the Golden Vault.
Snow on the Mountain (Fighter played by Lewis) is mentored by Two-Face. Plated member of the Golden Vault.
Top Card (Rogue played by Glenn) is Cat Women without the slapstick. Filled member of the Golden Vault.
Three Jewels Golden Isle (Elf Fighter played by Henry) is the Joker’s step brother who watches a lot of YouTube with excellent vision. The name of this session was based on a meme for the country kids that follow the characters around.

There are some great villain’s in this heist–looking foreword to these attacks.

I am still struggling with my DM Notebook from Fieldnotes–there is not enough space.

some great D&D Vocab in the Graz’zt description–SLAKE!

Why is D&D Beyond tracking my activity you ask? Well, the Google Logon does not work without this enabled, which is horrible!

Naughts & Crosses (Naughts & Crosses, #1)by Malorie Blackman
Naughts & Crosses by Malorie Blackman
My rating: 1 of 5 stars
This is not a good book. This book is silly racism inverted as severe racism reflecting on historic racism. Or something. I think a nine-year-old might enjoy or at least be educated by this, but I found the recasting of historical events problematic and the overall tone a real challenge.
I do not recommend this book to anyone–there is much better material covering similar topics with much greater empathy, understanding, and art.
