The Book of Elsewhere by Keanu Reeves My rating: 3 of 5 stars I really wanted to love this book, but it comes off as a little two action adventurer without China’s normal obtuse weirdness which I love so much. There is great vocabulary–I learned 15 new words–and some interesting ideas, but it never really comes together and packs the kind of mind bending punch that I have come to expect from my favorite British communist. Worth reading, I guess. It is likely true that my hopes got in the way–still very excited about China’s next one! View all my reviews
