Without a doubt the best app I have on my iPhone is Routinist which was recommended to me by Melissa. It is a a fairly non-intuitive application which helps build good habits.

Though the interface takes some getting used to–and initial set up is so foreign to most people that it is likely best to just do something and then plan on cleaning it up and restarting after 10 days of learning–once you are dialed in on how this works I guarantee it will start to make a difference in your life and ability to GTD.

I do not recommend this to everyone–it is complicated & requires an IT mind (lazy, obsessive, & detail oriented)–those who I have recommended it to love it after a month.
