The Labyrinth of the Spirits by Carlos Ruiz Zafón My rating: 5 of 5 stars An absolutely fantastic adventure mystery book bringing to a close an amazing series. For a time, Zafón was the greatest writer in LA capable of dropping lines like: Writing is a profession that can be learned, but no one can teach it as if they were nothing–literally stringing together paragraphs that are crazy strong like this. this book has something for everyone–adventure, character, writing, I mean seriously–this thing is GOLD and when Hollywood finally makes the film it will also be amazing. Spain is so underrepresented and this captures so much of it so well… Strongly recommended to just about anyone who loves books. View all my reviews
