The Practice of the Presence of God by Brother Lawrence My rating: 3 of 5 stars I am mostly confused by this–I blogged the entire book to try to connect, but in general I did not take that much away. The humble adoration of God is helpful, but I am not sure this is designed to be helpful–it felt more like documentation of a genius, but the smart part was left out. or something… Recommend you give it a try, it is short, and let me know what you think.
