Black Death

I watched this late at night while sick on Netflix.

I found it difficult.

I liked the adventure party. I liked the quest. I liked the acting, writing, and character motiviation.

What I did not like was the plot, I think.

It was kind of a Heart of Darkness type thing where they go up the river to fight an evil, but the evil turns out to be fine. Really, no problem here, everything is good.

So the church infects them with the Plague. I just do not get it–like why? And that appears to have been the plan from the beginning. It was all just weird and too much.

And then the epilogue where the hero has become this dark torturing ass just did not make any sense at all–it really really fell apart in a very very bad way. Not worth it at all.
