This is by far one of the best coffees that I have ever had.
I got it from Intelligentsia in Venice. I was there with Tyler, Jeffery, and Cory. We also had lunch at a Mexican place near by which was great.
I have made this with the Hario, French Press, and Drip and it is amazing in all cases. The finish is really what distinguishes this coffee–it starts out bright and sunny and ends with this amazing, deep chocolate note–it tastes exactly like really good coffee.
An amazing bean.
