I served this at Perizo’s St. Patrick’s Day Party.
I prepared it with a standard drip machine + Hario two cup. This was a weird coffee. In the pot is was horrible, flat and old tasting. The Hario did bring out much brighter tones, but it was hard to hit it just right–strangely it took a very very long pour, rather then the short pour that generally pulls the crispness from the beans.
