Wow–this was a very interesting coffee–I will likely never forget the long lasting aftertaste. I used the Hario + machine to make a variety of cups at different time–I had it ground at the shop + it quickly lost flavor. The Cherry and spice from the tasting notes were lost on me–I did find the complex and butter taste–a very thick almost velvety flavor.
