Rating & Roast Notes: A balanced acidity accompanies notes of ripened cantaloupe and marmalade. The mouth feel is refreshingly clean with a finish of turbinado sugar.
Went to Intelligentsia with David, Corey, and Jeffery. Arrived around 10:30 AM. Sat outside. Had an espresso (which I think was the Burundi–think and carmal, almost creamy–not my favorite) and then a cup of Papua New Guinea (crisp and complex in the cup–epic).
Sat outside and talked about David’s marriage, Corey’s faith, and Jeffery’s break up.
Stood in line with Corey and talked travel–Costa Rica + Tahiti. Lisa’s burn out at head start.
Got a cup of Brazil for the ride home around 11:30 AM. It was teh Agua Preta Brazil + it was a quick drive home.
