Rating & Roast Notes: A juicy mouthfeel makes a perfect match for notes of berry and Jolly Rancher candy. The lemon-lime acidity sparkles through to the finish as sweet cranberry sauce and allspice emerge
I found this coffee a little weak in the cup. I had it via French Press and Brewed at home–the french press was significantly better, much more earthy and rewarding to the mouth. The taste was more late night jazz. At Intellivenice I had this in a Chemex in which it was much more crisp and the lemon-lime came through much more strongly. I have yet to detect any Jolly Rancher flavors.
A good coffee–not my favorite from Intelligentsia, but strong never the less.
