Javatini’s–House Blend

I picked this up with Ed when I went on Friday. It is a light roast with a simple flavor. The coffee has a strong aroma that is very fruity and immature at some level. The beans would be rewareded with a longer roast. Also, I believe that there are two many types of beans in the blend–a much more simple set of beans would help simplify this complicated cup.

The aroma does not over power the flavor of the coffee–which is nicely up front and very fresh.

A good cup of coffee–here is what the offical website has to say:
House Blend
Our own proprietary blend
BLEND: 60% Latin American, 15% African, 25% Indonesian
ROAST LEVEL: 5 Medium Roast
FLAVOR: A very well balanced coffee with slight nutty notes. No bitterness with a smooth finish.

which I think is fairly accurate.
